Our company has been in business for many decades and was one of the first in Australia to offer rotary encoders when they became available. In fact, we also make and repair encoders of all kinds.
We offer these encoders in two formats; absolute or incremental. In addition, they can be shafted or have hollow shafts with the latter being available in blind shaft or through shaft form. If you are not sure which you need, please contact us as we will be happy to help you. Our company offers only the best products, so you can have peace of mind that you will be getting a good quality product.
If you need rotary encoder repaired, please complete the repair form on our website makes it very simple to request this service. Simply fill in the form and click on Submit. You will then receive an email with a form to print out with our address label on it. This can be attached to your parcel to ensure it comes to the right place for the necessary repairs.
Encoder Product Brochures
These are from this webiste. These publications contain an overview for our incremental and parallel output rotary shaft encoders, a number of products to assist with encoder installation, an outline of the principles of encoder operation, and a summary of interface devices most commonly used with rotary encoders to expand and convert the signals to other logic formats. Simply click the button on the right hand side of this page to download the brochure.

Encoder Installation Accesories
Incremental Solid ShaFt Encoders
Our encoders housing range in size from 28mm to 90mm diameter, with increments from 1 to 65,000 per revolution. Three of the series are assembled in Australia providing a 24 hour delivery for those emergency applications. Use the following link to navigate to the relevant product page on this website:
Incremental Encoders - Solid Shaft
Incremental Hollow Shaft Encoders
We have a selection of housings that will fit onto encoder shafts ranging in size from 6mm to 100mm, the main advantage of this mechanical style is that it simplifies the shaft alignment issues. The shaft is the actual mounting medium and there is just a simple tie rod between one hole in the housing and the equipment frame, to stop the housing rotating. Incremental Encoders - Hollow Shaft
Absolute Solid Shaft Encoders with Parallel Output
One wire required for each Bit of the output code. However, the exact position is always available even after power failure and movement while power is lost. Models are available with Gray or Binary output codes, reading resolutions up to 16 Bits or 65,536 and housing 58mm and 90mm diameter.
